Working across digital marketing, creative production and social media since 2018. Krystian co-founded Framed by You to bring creative storytelling, strategic thinking and high-end production together under one roof. His background spans the music industry, commercial filmmaking, photography, advertising campaigns and creative projects with brands and digital creators. He leads the agency's creative direction, marketing strategy and production, combining hands-on execution with a focus on meaningful results.

A content creator with experience in digital media and brand collaborations dating back to 2017. Having built a strong presence across social platforms and collaborated with leading international brands, Kasia brings first-hand insight into audience engagement, brand communication and creative storytelling. As Co-Founder of Framed by You, she contributes to the agency's creative vision and brand strategy, helping shape ideas that connect with audiences and feel authentic, relevant and engaging. Her experience working on both sides of brand collaborations brings a valuable perspective to the creative process.
